"From the moment I was introduced to Dee, I was impressed with her knowledge of the London Market and her obvious experience in sourcing the right type of candidate.  Having recently been through the “traditional” recruitment process with agencies and their “scattergun” approach to sending countless inappropriate CVs for a development role I was looking to fill, it was refreshing to work with someone who clearly knows her stuff.
